2019 House Tax Season Begins on May 1
The Local Tax Bureau explained that in the past many people have neglected to report their change of address to the bureau, as a result, they could not receive the deposit warrant and failed to file their taxes in time. The bureau reminded taxpayers to apply for a change of address at various offices of the bureau in order to protect their rights. Furthermore, in supporting environmental protection, taxpayers may use their citizen digital certificate or registered national health insurance card to check their tax filing status or file their taxes on the local tax filing system, there is no need to print out the hard copy of the deposit warrant. Alternatively, taxpayers may submit their deposit warrant, remittance notice, or payment certificate electronically. Once the application is successful, it can be used every year! Everyone is welcome to make us of the convenient system.
The Local Tax Bureau reminds taxpayers that if they have any question regarding the house tax deposit warrant received, please contact the case officer of various bureau offices, call the toll-free service hotline 0800-000321 or dial (04)22585000 and press 1 for telephone customer service center, our staff will be glad to assist you.
